The Process
03. Draft Review
What is a draft review?
After our initial meeting, we will diligently begin work on your estate plan. During this time, we enter a stage in the process we internally call Doc Prep. We gather all your information and we start drafting the documents. Once the documents have been created, we pass it through an internal doc review to make sure all the information is correct and that all the documents have been created properly.

Once that procedure is complete we will then pass the drafts on to you, the client, for your review. It is important that our clients have a chance to review the documents at their own pace. We are available to walk you through the documents and how they will affect your estate. This is the moment in which any changes can be marked for editing. Once we are done reviewing the documents and the edits have been made, we are ready for assembly and execution.
