The Process

04. Assembly and Execution

Assembly and Execution

Once we have finished the Draft Review process, we can then enter the Assembly and Execution phase. This is the stage in the process in which we assemble your documents into one comprehensive estate plan and we execute the documents. We provide notary services for all of our clients and, at your request, may provide witnesses for the execution of documents which require them.

We provide two options for locations:

  1. we may execute the documents at the client's residence for their convenience or

  2. we may reserve a conference room in any number of locations located around South Florida.

The Final Product

Although the execution of your estate planning documents may seem like the finish line, there is one more important step left. Every client receives a categorized binder with all of their documents. This binder becomes your hub for all your estate plan documents. In addition to your will and trusts, this binder will also include tabs for supplemental documents you may not commonly associate with estate planning such as: life and health insurance policy information, bank account beneficiary, funeral arrangements, and much more.

We expect to leave all our clients feeling confident that they are in control of their estate. We do much more than help you plan your estate, we help you control it.
