Service Description

A complete foundational estate plan for one person, drafted and reviewed by a Florida-licensed attorney and delivered securely online. Includes: Last Will & Testament Designates how your assets are distributed, names an executor to carry out your wishes, and if applicable, names a guardian for minor children. Healthcare Power of Attorney Designates a trusted person to make medical decisions on your behalf if you are unable to do so. Financial Power of Attorney Designates a trusted person to manage your financial affairs, including bills, accounts, and property, if you become incapacitated. Attorney Drafted & Reviewed Every plan is drafted and personally reviewed by a Florida-licensed attorney before delivery. Not a form. Not a template. Not auto-generated. Attorney Notes Page A plain-English explanation of your specific plan, what you chose, why it matters, and what to do next. Attorney Cover Letter A signed letter from your attorney confirming drafting and review of your documents and summarizing your plan. Secure Document Delivery Your complete package is delivered via your secure client portal within one business day of your completed intake. Attorney-drafted, attorney-reviewed. Not instant, because it shouldn't be.


Cancellation Policy

Consultation Policy Consultations are a paid, 30-minute session with an attorney to review your situation and recommend the right level of service. Fee. $250, payable at booking. Credit. The $250 fee is credited toward full-service engagements. It is not credited toward flat-rate online plans. Format. Held by phone or video. We do not offer in-person meetings. Scheduling. Book online through our site. Please complete any intake questions sent to you beforehand so we can make the most of the time. Scope. For assessing your needs and mapping options. It is not a substitute for a full estate plan, and no documents are drafted during the session. Rescheduling. Reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations are not refunded. No attorney-client relationship is formed until you engage us in writing and, where applicable, complete payment.
