Setting up an estate plan is such an important task that is often overlooked, but we are so glad you have recognized its importance and we thank you for choosing us to help you get your plans in order!​
Now that you have submitted your online questionnaire, you should expect to receive a confirmation email within the next 48 hours that will include the following:​

A PDF of your questionnaire answers, which we will ask you to review for accuracy;

Any initial questions, comments, or recommendations we may have about the answers you have given us;

A Client Engagement letter confirming our agreement, including the total cost of your estate plan and a list of the documents we will be creating on your behalf; and

An Invoice for the total package amount along with payment instructions.
Although you have submitted the initial questionnaire, we want to remind you that neither the submission nor the confirmation email creates an attorney-client relationship between you and Life & Legacy Law Firm.
As a matter of policy, Life & Legacy Law Firm, PA does not accept a new client without first investigating for possible conflicts of interests and obtaining a signed engagement letter. The engagement letter will be sent to you in the first confirmation email. The client-attorney relationship will begin once the signed engagement letter has been submitted to us.
